This machine can produce memory foam insole, PU foam insole, breathable insole, non-slip insole, comfortable insole, sports protective gear accessories, anti-static insole, and shock-absorbing sheet for medical protective gear.
The machine can realize 24-hour uninterrupted production with outstanding production efficiency. Stable temperature is conducive to product shaping. This hot-pressing process is mainly used for the secondary plasticization of PU materials.
It not only retains the original properties of PU materials but also reshapes their forms, which is a very mature processing method.
