Usage Method

As shown in the figure and video, use a heat gun to heat the product. Once it becomes soft, step on it directly and hold the position for 1 minute without moving. (If it feels too hot, wait for it to cool down slightly before stepping.) This is the usage method for achieving a fitted wear.

 

If the insole is used for arch correction, special adjustments to the arch should be made during the shaping process—such as increasing the support height, etc.—which depends on specific conditions.

 

If a heat oven (not a microwave oven) is used for heating, it is necessary to check the insole repeatedly during the heating process. Remove it immediately as soon as it softens to prevent excessive heat shrinkage. Reference parameters: 140℃ for approximately 1 minute.

Usage Precautions

When the insole is used for children, they must wear socks during the shaping process. During the process, carefully ask about their body sensation to avoid scalding.
